Cap Credit Card Interest Rates Today

    Interest rates on credit cards have become outrageous and are affecting all Americans who struggle to pay off debt. A capped interest rate of 10 to 15% allows creditors to still turn a profit while allowing Americans to catch up or get ahead when emergencies happen.
