Justice for Damoniko Ashby

On May 13th 2009 Damoniko Ashby was left alone with his Mothers New Boyfriend...Later that evening he"fell down the stairs" He did not contact Damonikos Mother or take him to the hospital.He instead waited for his mother to get home (so they say) and went to bed instead of taking him to the hospital. Next day May14th 2009 They Awoke at 12:45 pm to find Damoniko lifeless in his crib.The Medical examiner later concluded that the injury was incoclusive with falling down the stairs but actually BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA!!!To Damonikos Beautifully Curly Lock fulled head!!He Was A Wonderful Baby Never Cried He was all around a Very Well Behaved lil Guy WE all love and mss Him Dearly...His Mother and her Boyfriend Have acted as if his passing was nothing As My Cousin James David ashby has Been left with unanswered questions...WHY? WHY? WHY?.As you read this you are Probably asking yourself the same questions we are....  1.)Why Was Damoniko Left Alone with a Man Who is A Complete Stranger?  2.)Why Was Damoniko Not Taken TO the Hospital?  3.)How Could they Not atleast Call for an Ambulance to chack hiom out? 4.) Why is his Mother still with the Savage that Killed our baby Damoniko? 5.)Why Are they Not In lail yet? We Need ALL OF THE HELP WE CAN GET!!! WE would love to pass a law in WA> State that Makes The Mother Allowing Abuse to be Just as Liable To Face Charges...And Faster Swifter Punishment..
