Bring back paper tickets for Penn State Football
For the 2009 Football season Penn State University decided to implement a paperless ticketing system with everything being managed online. This was apparently a ruse to rip students off, as now purchasing tickets involves fees between 15-30% and other ridiculous costs. The new systems also imposes arbitrary limits like being only able to sell 6 tickets a season, and being ineligible to receive a forwarded ticket, if you already have a ticket to the game. Bringing a guest to a game is now all but impossible. This new system seems to have one goal, and that goal is to screw the students out of as much money as possible.
