Government Funded Research For A Clean Alternate Energy Source

Efficiency measures how much of the primary energy source (29% to 37% of the coal into electricity and gas plants convert 32% to 50% of gas processed into electricity. Wind turbines convert around 45% of the wind passing through the blades into electricity (and almost 50% at peak efficiency). As you can see wind energy is very efficient and can be improved upon if we have the proper funding and backing. And only 0.35% of America's energy is wind power! And if we try to get America to even dabble with this tech we could have a clean energy boom!
