Help save the bunnies!

On Tuesday, March 30, four rabbits in a Portrait Simple studio in the Warwick Mall drowned in the floodwaters that have been ravaging Rhode Island. Although the mall was evacuated, the bunnies--whom Portrait Simple studios used as props for in-store Easter photos--were left behind in their cage on a ''high shelf'' in the studio. When employees returned to the studio two days later, they discovered that the bunnies' cage had apparently fallen from its perch and that all the rabbits, who had no way to escape, had drowned. Please ask Portrait Simple to replace its live bunnies with stuffed animals in order to prevent future tragedies.
Dear Portrait Simple Studio,
On Tuesday, March 30th, four rabbits had drown in your studio because you keep them as "props" for Easter photos. Animals are not to be used for entertainment of any kind. Just as humans are not to be used for entertainment against their will either. Please stop using real rabbits and other animals as props. It costs much less to use a stuffed animal or toys, instead of buying and feeding live animals anyways. Companies have come out with stuffed animals that look exactly like the real thing, and even move around, such as toy shelf at http://www.toyshelf.com/toys/category/Stuffed_Animal or WowWee Alive toys at http://www.wowwee.com/en/products/toys/plush/alive:baby-animals. Please consider these options before anymore animals get hurt, and it will be less costly and much more humane in the long run. Let families adopt rabbits so they can live out happy lives running around outside with their families and getting the love they deserve.
