STOP PUPPY MILLS WI

Please do not sign here if you signed the other petition already...Sorry I'm experiencing difficulties and want to avoid repeat e-signatures on this newer petition.

The poor treatment and abysmal conditions of dogs in WI puppymills is already well documented. We need legislation to improve and regulate commercial kennels. We would like to require:

doubling cage space

veterinarian visits at least once a year and with every pregnancy

access tp outdoor exercise areas

and many more provisions for the health and well being of dogs
