Change streetlights a light blue colour, rather than a ugly yellow colour.

Because the ugly yellowish color looks so glum. And with light blue streetlights, there will be more visability and they should be lights that doesn't emit greenhouse gases for those go-green type people. And these yellow ones been around so long, wouldn't you agree it's time to change?
