End patriot time & bring back our previous hour long lunch schedule

As seen in the recently released 9th grade orientation schedule, NHS is going to have split assigned lunches this year, and on top of not being able to eat lunch with your friends like normal high schoolers we'll have 'Patriot time'. This 28 minute period (yes, less then half an hour) is somehow dedicated to clubs, school help/tutoring/retakes, and practices... 28 minutes. Im sure you can come up with a series of reasons this is a problem, 28 minutes isn't even enough time to take a retake or get school help if the teacher is helping multiple students, and 28 minutes isn't enough time to get anything done in a club or practice, the list of problems goes on. Apparently our hour lunch was taken because we are too much to handle all at once, but the school would be handling us all at once for that 28 minutes just like they would our original hour lunch period? For years NHS has had a normal hour long lunch period, last years double block lunch period already seemed like enough of a shift. In conclusion this new schedule is extremely inconvient and makes everything way more difficult and rushed then it needs to be both for teachers and students. The majority of the student body that was using their lunch responsibly and efficiently shouldn't be punished for those who don't and roam around.
