The Cottages at Fossil Hills satisfaction with current HOA

As a new owner residing at the Cottages in the Fossil Hills development I have been frustrated with the lack of information concerning the HOA.  I have also been extremely dissatisfied with the Cable, Internet and Phone package.  I have been with out phone service and experienced outages with Internet and Cable on a regular basis.  I have discussed my frustrations with F1 Property Management who manage the HOA.  F1 PROPERTY Management claims that they are in the middle of these issues with no way to hold the HOA accountable for issues or complaints.  F1 Property Management also claims that there are no HOA meetings being held and that all correspondence is forwarded to the HOA board.  The HOA board does not respond to written or verbal complaints.

The purpose of this petition is to Unanimously voice our frustration and dissatisfaction with the current board of directors running the HOA.  As owners and renters we request that the HOA board publish and hold monthly meetings and that they attend the meetings.  We also request that we be given a detailed spreadsheet showing what we are paying in HOA fees each month.  We also request that the Internet, Cable and phone services are improved and functional.  We want a professional public interaction to voice concerns and frustrations.  In short we want to receive the services that we are paying for.  We are not asking for anything other than professionalism and respect for the owners and renters of this development.  The current level of service and quality of service is shameful!
