Support Our Constitution: Remove Judge Mason who Bails-Out Corporations, Censors Free Speech, Violates the Citizen Participation Act.

We the undersigned strongly support the following petition addressed to: Circuit Court of Cook County Chicago (Chief Judge Timothy C. Evans).

We are requesting that you immediately act to remove Judge Mary Anne Mason from the case number 10-CH-04763 presently pending at Cook County Court in Chicago.

Judge Mary Anne Mason has chosen to bail-out corporations, censor freedom of speech and violate the Citizen Participation Act - by this, she destroys a young life.
 
"At 12 years old, he was an environmental activist. Now 20, he struggles with a chronic medical condition and is fighting for his right to live in the house he owns."

Judge Mason has a track record of damaging Statutory and Civil Rights, acting contrary to the governing laws such as the Citizen Participation Act (CPA 735 ILCS 110), while providing exuberant and undue support to corrupt corporate interests. 

In numerous cases, Judge Mason abused her power to tarnish the purity of a child's innocence while undermining their health and well-being.

Instead of enforcing and supporting the Constitutional Rights and Liberties of the American People, Judge Mason has endorsed fraud upon health of an innocent child, in violation of the IL Constitution, Article XI, Section 1 - 2, the Bill of Rights, 9th, 5th and 14th Amendments to US Constitution.

Judge Mason must be removed based on the obvious bias, prejudice and cruelty she has shown towards Chris Kasynski, a young disabled individual, human rights and environmental activist. 

This case involves a SLAPP lawsuit brought by the Board of Directors of RRCCVA (an Illinois corporation) in response to the Constitutionally Protected speech, protests and petitioning activities of Chris. 

A strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) is a lawsuit that is intended to censor, intimidate, and silence critics/protestors by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition.

This subject matter involves some of the most sacred of Human Rights, Civil Liberties and Constitutional Freedoms governed by the First Amendment to the US Constitution, including Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion as well as the Constitutional freedom of every man, woman and child - the right to a Healthful Environment. In addition, the subject matter in this case grips at a centerfold the God-given right to live. 

Judge Mason violated the Constitution and expressed very strong support for corporate greed while devastating innocent lives.

For many years Chris was forced to endure exposure to pesticides and other chemical substances by RRCCVA. In 2006, at age 14, Chris was diagnosed with a chronic medical condition, an auto-immune disorder that is directly related to and aggravated by pesticide/chemical exposure. 

From the time he was 12 years old, he pleaded with RRCCVA to have consideration for the life of an innocent child. On August 8, 2003 he wrote the following in a letter addressed to RRCCVA: 
  
"I am 12 years old, I want to live long and enjoy my life. Please do not ruin it by exposing me unnecessarily to toxic chemicals".

When Chris and his mother sought a redress of grievances through the Office of the Attorney General, the RRCCVA responded by attacking Chris with a lawsuit, intended to silence him.

Chris was the victim of a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation filed against him as retribution intended to "chill" and "silence" his outspoken, beneficial public awareness campaign regarding the detrimental health consequences of irresponsible pesticide use. 

The RRCCVA bought the support of a notoriously corrupt judge (Mary Anne Mason) who abused her power, violated human health rights, undermined the Constitution, denied Freedom of Speech, Right to Petition and Freedom of Assembly. 

At this very moment, Judge Mason is in the process of seizing Chris's home. If someone somewhere does not intervene on Chris's behalf, he will be forced out of his house, onto the streets as a disabled homeless individual.

This petition is an attempt to influence positive change of justice and impartiality in the judicial system.

1. Judge Mary Anne Mason engaged in fraud upon the court.
2. Abused her public judicial power for private benefit of an Illinois Corporation.
3. Judge Mason violated the Citizen Participation Act 735 ILCS 110/1.
4. Violated the Americans with Disabilities Act P.L. 110-325.
5. Expressed prejudice and animosity towards Chris and his disability.
6. Violated the US and IL Constitutions and the Bill of Rights.
7. Mason denied Chris's Constitutional right to trail by a jury.
8. Violated Due Process Rights.
9. Denied Chris the right to be heard according to law.
10. Acted without subject matter jurisdiction.
11. Despite an obvious conflict of interest, Mason refused to release the case to an impartial judge.
12. Showed excessive personal interest in the outcome of this case.
13. Undermined the foundation of justice and public trust in the judicial system.
14. Judge Mason violated Supreme Court Rule Code of Judicial Conduct Rule 61 Canon 1, Rule 62 Canon 2 and Rule 63 Canon 3.
15. Judge Mason has expressed an unusually strong personal interest in attaining a unilaterally profitable outcome for the sole benefit of the corporate interests of RRCCVA without consideration for evidence and willfully disregarding accurate application of the law.

Consistently, in all her rulings, Judge Mary Anne Mason has been unwilling to protect and enforce the People's rights and liberties. Moreover, she has displayed a prejudice against justice itself. She is prejudiced not only against Chris in the present case, but against all those fighting for justice, equality and the greater good of this world and mankind. Instead of protecting the guaranteed rights of the People of America, she unlawfully, has enforced the false privileges of corrupt organizations.

The US Supreme Court has stated that if a judge opposes the Constitution, or if he/she acts without jurisdiction, then the judge has engaged in treason to the Constitution. 

Removal of Judge Mary Anne Mason is appropriate, warranted and necessary to safeguard Due Process and Constitutional Rights.
