On April 20, 2021, I obeyed the leadership's arrangement in the whole process, had insufficient rest and was forced to work at heights with heavy physical strength, which induced heart disease and arrhythmia. The company refused to ask for leave and forced me to work with chest pain, On June 1, 2021, when I was on the middle shift (from 16:00 to 23:00), my heart was in abnormal pain again. I got up at 10:00 on June 2, 2021 and went to the hospital immediately. The diagnosis results of the hospital were: abnormal ECG, sinus rhythm and frequent premature beats, which may cause cardiac arrest, sudden syncope and life-threatening. The doctor suggested immediate surgery. The company is strongly required to compensate the inspection fee, medical fee, operation fee and various losses immediately. The Safety Supervision Bureau has investigated and confirmed that the company has admitted that the facts are clear and the evidence is sufficient.
