Children's play area needed at Melbourne airport

Families travel through Melbourne Airport and parents need a place where children can have fun and release energy before their flights. There are play areas at many restaurants and car rest and service centres, why don't we have them at airports where they are really needed? Having a sizeable play area at the airport would lead to easier flights with children because they don't have as much pent up energy and as a result happier travelers and staff.
