STOP THE INDY 500 BALLOON RELEASE FOR 2020!!!

Balloon Releasing causes mass littering as well as potentially killing our Animals. This is a wreckless waste of Helium.
The Indy 500 has so much Publicity that it could make a huge impact on our environment in a positive way.
Please help stop the next balloon release.....
