Mary Ann's Pending Relocation

Mary Ann (hereby known as MA) should not be moved due to the following reasons;

She is able to see the front desk and monitor deliveries, visitors, etc while Angelica is gone.
Angel, Cupcake and Baby Girl have established a very effective work flow procedure which will be interrupted if Mary Ann is moved. 
This includes passing paper work over the cubicles, scheduling meeting on the team calendar, sharing critical job information including the whereabouts of one's superintendents. All of this is done without any physical effort allowing one to continue working on the computer.
