I have grown up watching these poor animals day after day work on the noisy crowded streets.Sometimes in scorching hot weather,sometimess in freezing cold they plod along doing their jobs. Noone thanks them,not even handing them a carrot or apple.Please OPPOSE INTRO 653! The bill stops the authority of the departments of Health and Mental Hygeine.This will affect the horses safety and well being!
