Change the Minnesota Animal Laws NOW!

I know that i dont live in minnesota, but i just read a very disturbing and appalling story about a puppy miller here is the site for the info on the miller

as you can see in this story that the puppy miller is gonna be able to keep the dogs, and i want this to be changed for the sake of the dogs NOW!
If you have any questions or can help (if u r a minnesota resident) go ahead and message me. I know it maybe hard to get this passed and done so i will
need help from a resident of minnesota.

We the undersigned, would like to change the animal laws of Minnesota for the sake of the animals,especially puppy mill dogs. We would like to stop puppy and other animal millers along with animal abusers to lose their animals and punish these abusers for their disgusting and cruel crimes.  Please change the Minnesota animal laws for the sake of abused animals that are now living in your state of Minnesota. Thank you for reading our concerns and thank you for reading my letter.
