Everyone Deserves the Chance to Say No

In Indiana, the law on rape is defined as such: A man having forced sexual intercourse with female. Anything else, that is female raping a female, male raping a male, or a female raping a male (which happens a lot more than we think because of it being under reported) is not considered rape in the state of Indiana. We are way the ball and need to step it up. I am asking you to sign in support of saying that no matter the gender of the offender or victim, forcible sex is rape and justice shall be brought to them. Please sign my petition to be attached to a letter I am sending the state legislators concerning these weak laws that can cause harmful effects on the victims.
