This is about an officer who makes a decision to punish a man after a false call. This is an example of racial disparities; I was told I have no rights.

Fire medics and Police came to my door without a 911 call (caller name and number is unknown). They were told repeatedly that no one had called. The Scene was fabricated by hearsay from individuals with suspicions and false information.

I was guilty from the moment they knocked on my door. Assumptions were made and I was assaulted, falsely accused, arrested, and subjected to a serious prosecution by a police officer who knew all along that his accusation is not true.

I tried legal remedies and hired a few attorneys but did not receive fair judicial process. The first attorney did not follow up on my case and did not give me crucial evidence. The second attorney and his colleague told me I have no rights and quit without paying me back. The third attorney, who was also a part time judge, told me he does not know how to arrange for forensics to testify.

During the process, Officer was creative and contradictive about his story many times, he spread false information to witnesses, Judgment sheet was written before my trial, judgment result was mailed to me after the appeal period (appeal ran out), clerk did not possess the evidence, Forensics said evidence was erased, trial schedule was not prearranged for him, he didn't get a chance to testify, my witness was asked to leave without testifying, striking black jurors, mistrial (accordingly), I asked for supreme court appeal, but I was put in jail instead, etc.

I have never been arrested before but now, I am criminalized, and my rights are violated. For reasons of accountability and correction, I urge you to support me in bringing this matter to justice, Thank you.

I believe the original charges were false and they could not have given me these charges to begin with. For reasons of accountability and correction, I urge you to support me in bringing this matter to justice, Thank you.
We, petition Gov. Kay Ivey to investigate this matter.
