STOP DEFAMATION & HATE SPEECH OF "DALECHA" ON TIKTOK

The Ethiopian/Eritrean social media community on TikTok is fed up with the constant hate speech and defamation of a number of people by TikTok user Duressa Korosso known as "Dalecha".  He has a number of accounts by the name "Dalecha" and also has a number of fake accounts as well. My family and I are direct victims of Dalecha's hate speech! It is important that the community takes a strong stand against such

This individual shows no remorse or any interest in stoping his dangerous rhetoric on Tik Tok.  On a daily basis, he utilizes the TikTok platform to ridicule, mock, lie about and bully people. Almost everyday, he puts a picture of his target,  gathers his likeminded followers and verbally abuses the individual(s). He attacks men, women, both young and old, as well as minors and children. He has no restraints and he must be stopped!

"Dalecha" even goes beyond verbally attacking individuals to attacking entire Tribal groups like, the beloved Hadiya, Oromo, Tigray & Amhara Tribes of Ethiopia. His words regarding certain tribes in Ethiopia are very demoralizing, shameful and has the power to incite violence. "Dalecha's" hate speech can no longer be ignored. Enough is enough!

Without exaguration, "Dalecha" is typically intoxicated and or is under the influence of a substance that may also be contributing to his instability. He has also been seen pulling out a weapon on his Live feeds  which is of grave concern.  Dalecha clearly needs help, but in the meantime, the community should not be subjocatd to his threats, lies, and ridicuel.  
"Dalecha" has also been seen hoping from TikTok channel to channel, forcing and bullying hosts into giving him moderator access which he then uses to mute/block anyone he desires. He is making people very uncomfortable and it is clear that people are only granting him access because they do not want to be his next victim. 

Dalecha lives in the United States where his freedom of speech is highly protected. That said, when a persons voice is used to incite hate, slander and defame others, it becomes unlawful and must be condemn and prohibited. We are watching as his dangerous behavior is rapidly copied by other TikTok users- this must stop now!

The Ethiopian/Eritrean community is fed up with "Dalecha's "constant hate speech and would like for TikTok to permanently ban the individual that goes by the name "Dalecha" from utilizing TikTok as he is in clear violation of the outlined community guidelines.
