Planned Parenthood is expanding. There is a building located at 4600 Gulf Freeway @ The Gates of University of Houston, in Houston, Texas, and this building could soon be the largest freestanding abortion facility in the Western Hemisphere.
Planned Parenthood of Houston & Southeast Texas, the number one provider of abortions in Texas, has purchased a seven-story building at 4600 Gulf Freeway (I-45 @ Elgin) in Houston, Texas, with the full intention of creating a late-term abortion center.
This building will hosue the LARGEST abortion facility in the Western Hemisphere where, according to the State of Texas, children can be aborted through all 9 months.
Please unite and join in with many who stand opposed and state your opposition of the remodel of the building at 4600 Gulf Freeway (I-45@Elgin) in Houston, Texas into a late-term Abortion Center where unborn children will be killed in their mothers womb through six months of pregnancy (25 weeks). Abortion hurts women in both a physical and psychological way and it destroys families. Unite with many, and object to the remodeling of this building into a late-term Abortion Center, and in a respectful way, please call, email, fax and write to both offices that will be provided at the end of this petition as well as unite together and add you signature and information to this petition.

When does the unborn baby's heart begin to beat?
The heartbeat begins between the eighteenth and twenty-fifth day.
When does the brain begin to function?
Electrical brain waves have been recorded as early as forty days.
How early can a baby survive outside the mother's womb?
Currently, twenty weeks is considered the accepted minimum. However, this time will be reduced as medical technology continues to improve.
In its 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade, striking down a Texas law criminalizing abortion, the United States Supreme Court ruled that a fetus is not a "person" entitled to protection under the Fourteenth Amendment of the Federal Constitution.
If a fetus is not a person what is it?
Whatever a fetus is according to Pro-Choice activists it is tortured and brutally killed.
