(Update) Republican Senator Breaks with Trump and RFK, Calls Vaccine Move "Insane"
Tell Trump and RFK Jr.: "Keep Your Anti-Vaccine BS Away From Our Kids"
Donald Trump and RFK Jr. have spent years pushing dangerous anti-vaccine nonsense.
That was bad enough.
But now Trump has signed an executive order reshaping federal childhood vaccine policy, including splitting up the MMR vaccine and reducing the number of universally recommended vaccines. Medical groups say those changes aren't supported by the evidence and could leave more kids vulnerable to preventable disease.
And now even a Republican senator who is also a doctor is sounding the alarm.
Sen. Bill Cassidy called Trump's approach "a stupid thing to do," said there is "no evidence whatsoever" that vaccines cause autism, and warned that forcing families into more shots and more doctor visits could mean fewer children get fully vaccinated.
Exactly.
Decades of research have found no credible evidence that vaccines cause autism.
We've already seen what happens when vaccine science gets replaced by vaccine BS: preventable diseases come back and kids get sick.
Enough.
Tell Trump and RFK Jr.: Keep your anti-vaccine BS away from our kids. Follow the science and keep children safe.
Add your name.
