Make Solar Power a law!

I would like to push for all new structures to have solar panels installed. This will create less use of the power grid. It's a more greener use and will cut back on hydro and geothermal use which causes harm to our Eco System and pollutants. Solar power takes nothing from the earth and can turn around global warming.
