Make building under-ground shelters and basements mandatory within tornado alley

This petition will not only save lives, but will educate the entire population within tornado alley. In addition, since our main endeavor here is to save lives and to educate the public within these states when it comes to physical safey when tornado warnings occur, this venture will save lives. We must communicate with local officials and the federal government that these protections be places into legislation so we protect our fellow Americans from harms way within tornado alley.

Furthermore, I'll be taking this documnent and fighting for mandatory shelters and basements to be built within ALL schools as well as new real-estate. A plan shall be put forth for existing schools and domiciles to offer shelters within walking distance.
