End Animal Abuse in the State of South Carolina!!

Animal abuse among the United States is not a new issue, but continued animal abuse and neglect by repeating offenders can be helped. Since the beginning of 2018, 10 states have made new bills to help end the abuse on animals. These bills will require anyone who's been charged with animal abuse, to be added to an State Animal Abuser Registry. The charged individual would be kept on the list for a set number of years before having the ability to request removal. This Registry would be available to any operators of animal adoption programs, and pet owners to help end these abusers from getting their hands on animals. Animal abuse can, lead to child abuse, domestic abuse, and in some cases murder. With the creation of this bill we would be making our state a safer place for both animals and people alike.
