Electronics Arts must do their customer support much more better

First you must to wait for a half hour until you can to get the service. Then the advisor doesn't know anything about anything and you have waited for nothing.
And they have thousands of different teams, and they always connect you for few times to another team, for example to Account team. You can't even change your e-mail without phoning them which takes a lot of time.

We want that EA makes their customer support better, example by adding possibly to change e-mail via internet. And different teams would be one team, example account and Origin team together. Or at least there should be different numbers for different teams.
