Everyday some child is raped by a unthoughtful and cold hearted man, and when you think it cant get anymore terrible, it gets worse. When that person is put away they are soon allowed to step out again. In what right of someones mind would you want that person to be out walking the streets, he did it once and im sure he'll be thinking of taking action on it again. Signing this petition will give a rapist a one shot deal. He'll step into prison but, theres no leaving. Its a lifetime! and i believe thats the way it should be, so you?
We the undersigned believe that Jessicas law should be a law passed in this state. We are against having someone who just raped or sexually molested a child to be let free after however many years in prison. We believe they should be kept in there till there cold heart fails and they rote away in the place they diserve. Most every other state passed, why should we ignore the right calling. This petition should and will make a difference. Just listen to the voices of the ones so small, the children that never have a say. What would your child want you to choose?
