Improving the Safety of Highway 89, on the 400 Hwy stretch (near Cookstown, ON)

With accidents and highway shut downs occuring at the same location each time, this petition is to call for an evaluation of Hwy 89 (Cookstown, ON) along the Hwy 400 stretch on how to improve the safety, and minimize accidents at the location, to ensure commuters travel safely along the stretch of that highway.
