Move the Farmers Market at the Everett Station

Farmers Markets are GREAT when placed at a proper location.

The parking lot at the Everett Station fills up by 5:50am on weekdays. Having an entire section of parking blocked off 24/7 for the whole summer for an event that is a few hours on Wednesday afternoons is not fair to the commuters who desperately need those spots.
