Walk you bike from here

Recently installed fences at Alice W Douse elementary school has cause congestion where as a hazard was created. Children are not required to walk their bikes down the narrow path and me not wanting to bereactionay in nature would rather not wait for a child to fall of or run a pedestrian over. I think either signage requiring children to walk their bikes down the path from the opening to the bike rack or move the bike rack.
I peraonally witnessed a child fall off his bicycle today in the curve to avoid hitting someone.
Please let's not wait until especially a child is hurt or injured.
