Petition to Restore Safety & Security to Dodger Stadium

In as much as the Dodger Organization has resisted calls to cease and desist in their assault on their local community through raucous and drunken fans, unmanaged traffic patterns, under-staffed security and traffic forces, and deafening and disturbing pyrotechnic explosions on a regular basis, we the citizens of Downtown LA, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Solano Canyon, Chinatown and Angelino Heights do hearby move that the honorable Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa appoint an independent commission of impartial adjucators to investigate and put forth enforced recommendations to address the necessary changes that must take place in order to restore order and safety to the community at large.
