115 SINGLE USE PLASTIC SECURITY TAGS COLLECTED IN JUST OVER A MONTH 😮😮😮
Any available time I get, is the time I use to run this page. But I work as a truck driver to earn a living.
Just over a month ago, the company I work for has started using these security tags which get attached to the locking mechanism on the trailer.
I have used these before but was unaware of the plastic pollution problem in our world.
There are estimated to be around 450,000 trucks that operate in the UK. And I alone collected 115 security tags within a month...A MONTH. How many trucks use these throughout the world ??
Although there are different types of security seals ( some better for the environment like - aluminum and electronic) most companies use the cheap plastic seal.
If this isn't included to be one of the worst cases of single use plastic on this planet....
I will therefore start to make steps to ban these from planet and I hope I will have your support along this issue.
