Building a Basketball Court at Rosemary Brown Park

This park was built about 5 years ago and there is no recreation available for older children. The parks playground has an age restriction. There is a large field in the park but nothing on it. No soccer nets, no football goals, and no basketball court. There is a large amount of teenagers living in this area having to walk 20 minutes away to use the basketball nets in a school yard late at nght.
