Demand an End to the no stray hold policy on cats and puppies at DAS

Stray dogs are given a 5 day stray hold in order for their owners to re-claim them but there are no stray holds for cats at all and no hold on puppies under a certain age. We feel that cats and puppies should also have a 5 day stray hold, they are loved just as much as dogs and are often harder to locate.
