Sustainable Seafood at USC

Overfishing is one of the largest and most overlooked environmental issues. If current fishing practices continue, the ocean's supply of fish may be completely depleted by the year 2048. By serving seafood that is not sustainable, USC Hospitality is condoning this irresponsible and destructive practice.
We, the undersigned, demand that USC Hospitality immediately halts serving any seafood that is not certified as sustainable.
