Remove The Corruption-Remove Judge Jay Sheffield

Justice Court 1, Lincoln County Montana has a case load of almost 2500 cases per year.  Arguably the most important courtroom for the residents of Lincoln County Montana.

The courtroom has been plagued by biased and corrupt judges that mishandle and mismanage the courtroom, the employees of the court, and the residents of Lincoln County Montana.

The current Judge, was an ex Sheriff Deputy, with absolutely zero law background.  He was appointed by the County Commissioners to fill the seat, vacated by the previous Judge after he was ousted for sexual misconduct.

Judge Jay Sheffield, current judge in the courtroom, has already recieved complaints to the Montana State Judicial Standards Commission, Montana State Attorney General Office, and the Local Government in Lincoln County.

We have simply "jumped out of the frying pan, and into an INFERNO", as one local politician adequately phrased it.

With enough signatures, we will oust the current judge, and allow for a re-election, where we hope to bring equal justice back to the residents of Lincoln County Montana!
