Stop Breed Specific Legislation in PA

Breed specific legislation (BSL) targets specific breed(s) for restrictions or bans. BSL is ineffective, costly to residents and unfair to responsible dog owners.

Baltimore, MD estimated that in 2001 it cost the city $750,000.00 a year to enforce their BSL and they repealed it in favor of a non-breed specific law.  This money would be better spent saving the lives of the animals rather than killing them.
