The Right to Pray in a Good and Kind Way

We are a small group of local people who practice the Lakota ceremony of the sweat lodge.  The City of South Salt Lake has sent a letter  to the owner of the house where the sweat lodge is held stating that there can no longer be open fires in the yard to heat the rocks we use in the ceremony.  We are hoping that anyone who believes that we as Americans has the right to pray in the way we choose and that we should be allowed to hold ceremony the way it has been done for thousands of years will sign this petition
