Demand an End to household privacy breach for DSHS clients

My concern is that DSHS is asking for more and more information from clients household members in order to make a decision on your approval of services. It should not be a friend, roommates, or live in significant others responsibility to pay for your services when the DSHS doesn't want too. Whether a client is approved or denied should solely be based on that one clients personal information required by law. Not someone in the household NOT applying for services themselves. The privacy breach of household members must end when those members are not of blood or marriage.
