Permanently ban all legal elephant ivory stockpiles and trade in elephant parts such as skins

The legal sale of the elephant ivory stockpiles is a sham. The legal sale in ivory is promoted by some to reduce the poaching pressure on elephants, but evidence clearly shows that legal elephant ivory provides a cover for poaching, and the trade in legal elephant ivory stockpiles is likely to lead to a massive increase in poaching. Zimbabwe has a legal trade in elephant skins, but as with ivory, the legal trade in elephant skins is likely to lead to a massive increase in poaching, as poachers will use the legal trade as a smokescreen to fuel the demand for elephant skins. That's why the world should wake up and ban the sale of all legal elephant products. Thank you.
