Crooked Sheriff Is Not Above The Law!

Ness County sheriff arrested for purjery, official misconduct, criminal distribution of firearms to a felon, and making false information, and was released and back to work the same day! Any other person in the community would still be in jail and definitely would not be back at their job. I want to see this sheriff immediately removed from office and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, not get off with a slap on the wrist, and a new sheriff appointed that WILL have the people's best interests in mind. People put their trust and their lives in the Sheriff, they trusted him and he violated that trust in a big way and he should pay for what he did, not be back working as active sheriff of ness county
