The CTA is dirty. The train cars are dirty. They stink, and there is trash everywhere. The cars are not maintained at all, in fact they look like they have never been cleaned. But the point is that the CTA Red Line-Blue Line, Jackson tunnel is the worst. The smell is terrible. It smells of urine and feces all the time. Also the people who smoke in the tunnel make it worse for people who have asthma. We are forced to walk through this long suffocating tunnel of smoke, pee, poop and vomit. I believe that the CTA Red Line-Blue Line, Jackson tunnel NEEDS to be WASHED and SANITIZED. It is not good for our personal health. When the CTA Red Line-Blue Line, Jackson tunnel is sanitized, it must be maintained by being WASHED and SANITIZED at least once a week if not EVERYDAY. We should not be forced to walk through this smell while your employees do not do anything. Please from all CTA passengers sanitize the CTA Red Line-Blue Line, Jackson Transfer immediately.
