Social Media Security

I have had non stop issues with my last ex logging on to my accounts without my consent. I've changed my password a few times and he keeps accessing my accounts. I know a few people who has had this same issue. I am concerned on this matter do to the fact that people's personal information are easily accessible especially through Google. Since it is an invasion of privacy. It should have some form of consequence. What I want to happen is make logging on other people's personal accounts illegal.
