Demand to take over HOA

    We the homeowners of Charmont in Loxley Alabama are requesting the HOA be turned over to the homeowners. It is clearly stated in our covenants that after the majority of the homes are sold that the HOA will be turned over to the homeowners. We believe that time is now.
