Petition to Correct Street Flooding

The long-standing problem of flooding on the streets of Sheffield Drive and Wilhurst Dr. (between Old Canton Road and Ridgewood Road) must be remedied to protect the health, safety and welfare of our citizens, as well as to prevent damage to citizens' property.
