Correct the injustice suffered by Primary school Teaching Assistant, Ms Leslie-Ann Noel

  • by: Daniel Henry

47-year-old Ms Leslie-Ann Noel a hardworking, dedicated, teaching assistant at Glenbrook Primary school in Clapham, South London was brutally beaten within an inch of her life and suffer horrific injuries, by coward Marius Feneck, on the 6th October 2015 because she reprimanding his child for misbehaving in school. On Wednesday 20th Jan, offender Feneck, was convicted of actual bodily harm at Inner London Crown court. and given a 12-month sentence suspended for one year, to the astonishment and utter horror of Ms Noel.

It is our opinion that Ms Noel has been let down on so many fronts, not only did her employers let her down but also by the Police, Teachers unions, Lambeth Council and especially the Justice system. We believe that there would have been an entirely different outcome if Ms noel had been white. We also believe that not only would offender, Feneck received a Custodial sentence, but those organisation and establishments would have done more protect and support Ms Noel.

It is clear that this has been handled and seen as one black person assaulting another and nothing more.

Ms Noel, is just one of the many dedicated individuals who assist our teachers in nurturing, educating and enhancing our children's education, which can be testing at the best of times.

She has asked for assistance from Lambeth council to relocate her, so please support Ms Noel’s attempt to be relocated by signing our petition and show her that she is not alone and that there are many decent hardworking people out there that recognise that she has been treated appallingly, for just doing her job.
