Secure the last four of the Social Security Numbers Identity with an Employee Identification Number

Employer use of last four of a SSN in insecure locations could cause identity theft. It is not difficult to discover where a person is from originally. That information reveals a piece of the SSN. This leaves open a small piece of information to find. The employer should provide an alternative to do what the employer says they are there to do and protect their employee. The employer should not reveal the last four of the Social Security Numbers and provide a Employee Identification Number for use to identify their employee.
