SELF SUFFICIENCY

Over the pass decades I've witnessed numerous of people abandoning the system whether it's receiving Food stamps, Section 8 Housing, Subsidized housing, Childcare, Social security, etc. My beliefs are the elderly, disabled and those that are in NEED should be an exception. I know everyone has hard times but there should be a 4 year lifetime limit on receiving benefits. It's sad when you have someone whom worked their entire life only received $16.00/month food stamps but has an abled body "MAN" or female with numerous of children but refuse to work. I feel as if this petition goes through you will see more people working and less people having babies because they now know what taking on their responsibility feels like. Also, our country will begin to save more money than ever.
