Stop The Engine Revving In North Long Beach

Engine Revving is getting out of control in North Long Beach! Anything from modified loud mufflers including trucks, cars, motorcycles(especially) and other multiple vehicles. I have a newborn and it’s not cool. I’ve already tried to report it to the local authorities but they won’t do anything! Plz sign the petition to help have some peace and silence.
