Demanding State Wide Regulations on Trophy Catfish (Blue, Flathead, & Channels)

Our Trophy Catfish Population is at a all time low in KY. The root of this cause is commercial fishermen not having any regulations on how many catfish they can take per day. They are taking these big fish to pay-lakes, markets, etc. for their own profit. These bigger fish protect the eggs the best in the spring. Now that their numbers are dropping because there is no regulations. which in turn will make the numbers of smaller fish deplete. Just think of how bad it will be in 5-10 years if something isn't done. Please help get regulations for these fish so generations to come can enjoy these magnificent animals.
