recipient: Canadian polititions who have the power to change the Canadian Animal Cruelty Laws

The aim of this petition is to generate a STRONG show of support to force the Canadian government to change the archaic laws that continually fail to protect domestic animals and working animals. The SPCA is bound by these dated laws and because of that are limited in what they can and cannot do. We need to sit down and re design the laws to accomodate the massive increase in animal cruelty cases.
